Willows Lodge pairs the Garden Gazebo with the Sammamish Ballroom, foyer and patio for a celebration that can move between garden and reception settings.

Our DJ take: Keep ceremony sound discreet in the garden and the ballroom prepared for dinner. Agree on how guests will be welcomed inside, then use the first dance and a lighting change to make the reception feel like the next chapter.

Chateau Ste. Michelle

Chateau Ste. Michelle offers private spaces for company gatherings, milestone parties and related celebrations. It currently does not host wedding ceremonies or receptions, so this is a corporate or private-event option.

Our DJ take: For a wine-focused dinner, keep background music low enough for conversation and any guided tasting. Confirm the booked room and amplified-music permissions before planning speeches or an after-dinner dance set.

We were recommended to Limitless Event DJs by our wedding officiant. They were so easy to work with and professional from our first planning meeting to the end of the wedding. We took a planning questionnaire and were matched up with DJ Billy who was excited to take on our vision for our wedding. We had a couple phone meetings and communicated often via email. His setup for the ceremony, cocktail hour and reception was so professionally done and the sound was perfect.
